[グラブル] 水チチリ のお試し || Testing Chiciri (Water) [GBF]

Chichiri is the first Cardinal Saint that is released as gacha character and her design is kinda interesting. Her S3 making her basically have permanent CA reactivation as long as you can keep supplying her with charge bar which is pretty easy thing to do in the same element as Haaselia. She also got the stack to reduce this skill CD from kaneshige CA so i think this is pretty much nonissue to maintain permanently. I think she will shine in hard content like NM250 or maybe even Versusia that rely on CA to mainly do damage with someone like Sylvia.
